Once upon a time, there was a young little girl who dreamt of being a princess, a princess in the making of her dreams, a child who has always been an academic achiever in her Pre-school, Elementary and High School years, now that she’s in College, at the University of Santo Tomas, taking up AB Philosophy, she still continues to make her parents proud by giving them not just passing grades, but good scholastic grades. She’s always been a writer, a singer, an artist, an actress and most especially a dreamer. She’s born to have this fire burning in her that she has always aimed and achieved for excellence. She’s always been good in dealing with people, as she was a consistent Student Council Officer; no doubt she’s a good and a tested leader from her previous school, St. Mary’s College of Baliuag. Now the time has come, the time as she enters a new chapter of her life, as she turns 18. A new phase has begun. My witty cousin is now a fully developed beautiful flower and a young mature woman living in the reality of her dreams. Ready to fulfill and conquer all the obstacles that may come into her life; she’s not my ordinary cousin, she’s not Your Ordinary Girl, She’s always a woman to me. Friends let us all welcome, my pretty and witty cousin, the Debutante herself~ Ms. Maria Ysabel Adrienne Magora

It's as if, I am living in ecstasy. The most profitable day, the harvesting day~
FINALLY LEGAL. What an achievement for me and most importantly to my parents. (They finally have a young mature lady with great values as a whole) 5PM, I am still at David's Salon, having my hair and make up done, then I received a text message: 'Twas from Jared: (NERD! Nandito nako. :>) To my amazement! I thought he'll be late, but why on earth he was the first one to arrive? Haha. (Takot na takot pa nga akong bumalik ng Hotel, baka kasi makita nya ko. E, dapat walang makakakita sakin.. Duh, parang kasal lang e noh? :p) So there, when I arrived by the lobby, Tita Danila, Tita Bessie and Ninang Sarena were seating, asking me to change clothes already. :) (Over, Tita Dina, Tito Poying and Meg were there inside our room already, hurrying me to change my outfit. Heck, sobrang kabaaaa ko kaya.. That when I get my red shiny dress, boooommmm. SIRA YUNG ZIPPER! Ay joke. Hindi palaaaaa. =)) Deym. Basta 'twas like, super weird. Kabadong kabado ang debutante) From our room: Oh ghaddd. I am super nervous already, thinking if everybody's upstairs already, (I should be the last one to go up, but it's already 7PM, and people were like texting me, asking me where am I?) So there, I asked Mom and Dad, it's 7:15, we should go up. The very first person whom I saw was Jared. He was all alone, so I immediately approached him, and introduced him to my blockmates. (He told me, he hadn't eaten anything yet since lunch, so nagkulitan na naman kami. Hahaha. I even told Mom about him, not eating anything yet.. So ang tingin naman nya sakin. Haha. Ror) Anyway, with my Blockmates, they were like saying.. "Adrienne, you're so pretty tonight" "Natotomboy naman ako sa'yo" "Pwede bang manligaw?" HAHAHAHAHAHA. Mga ror. But I have to admit, I felt like, I was the most adorable and the prettiest girl that night. :)))) (Well, dapat lang naman talaga, it's my night e.) Then crap, when I checked my watch, ohhh. It's almost 7:30, WHERE THE HELL ARE THEY? (The rest of my blockmates, my roommates, and my boyfriend, Michael?) Damn. Teary eyed na kaya ako.. Not until my cousin approached me, telling me.. "Cous, nakita ko si Michael kanina, sabi nya, di daw siya papasok.." Then, I said "Where? I insist, saan nga? Accompany me. Haha." so there, he was seating by the lobby, he grabbed my hand, and stare deeply unto my eyes. (Kinilig naman ang bruhaaaa. :">) Anyway, I asked him to get inside already, then tamang tama lang yung timing... Ate Myka, Jonah, Pam, Crissa and Serine finally had arrived. :) (So nasabi ko nalang, maybe we could start with the program.. Sa wakas! :)) Dumating na yung mga taong pinakahihintay ko..) LATE PA KASI. Buti pa yung mga blockmates ko, ang aaga. :)) YEY! Oh, edi am super happy already. I was introduced by my cousin, and was escorted by my two siblings, welcoming remarks was done by my Mom and the opening prayer was led by my Ninong Michael. (Deym with the photographers, haha. So sobrang mukha naman silang nag-eenjoy, sabi nga nila, ang ganda daw ng subject nila..) 18 Roses (Mga lalaki sa aking buhay na sobrang importante, aaminin ko.. Natuwa.. Kinilig at naiyak ako, while dancing with them.. Then, 18 Candles (Sige na talaga, kayo na lubos na nakakakilala sa kin, "Akala ko si Saab, masungit, mataray, mahirap pakisamahan, maarte, conyo and everything.." Pero hindi naman pala, saan pa kayo? MALI KAYO NOH? LOL. Looks can be deceiving nga e.. HAHAHAHAHA. Andrei sung my favorite song, Your Love, then after that, DINNER TIME... We sung ONLY EXCEPTION. HAHAHAHAHA. 18 Gifts naaaaaa. (Isaa pa to, sige na. Kilalang kilala nyo na talaga ko, accessories, bags, dresses, perfumes, and every girly stuffs.. Ako na talaga fashionista at Kikay.) Super overwhelmed and flattered.

Super thank you sa lahat lahat ng nandito tonight, for making me feel this way, for showing me what real love and friendship is. It's my first time to feel like, am fully accepted and appreciated by all the people around me, 1 Philosophy, my blockmates, that despite all my shortcomings, tinanggap nyo ako ng buong buo. Sa mga roommates ko, na nakikita ako almost 24/7 of my stay sa 5-4, wala ng secret secret pa, kung ano talaga ako.. Sobrang tanggap nila ako.. I don't need to pretend, and wala naman talaga akong dapat ipagpretend. Sobrang saya ko ngayong College. DI KAYANG PANTAYAN NUNG HIGH SCHOOL PA LANG AKO. NAGMATURE NA TALAGA AKO. :) Sobrang saya nga ng mga parents, relatives and HS friends ko for me e.. "They won't just befriend me, for they'll get a lot of benefits from me, but for the fact, that they like and love me as their friend. :)" Kung sino at ano talaga ako.. Yung maarte, conyo, mataray, sobrang kikay, may pagkamayabang, maingay, grade conscious, flirt and minsan kong pagkaselfish.. GODDAMMIT. Tanggap na tanggap nila. Kung sa High School, puro chismis ang abot ko, puro paninira, ngayon.. They're helping me how to change, supporting me all the way, for they love and care for me so much. :))))

Cause girl you're amazing, just the way you are. :) Wala na, wala nakong masabi. I just don't know to forget these things, these things that happened this very unforgettable night, the most special people of my life came to gather and witness this life changing moment of my life. That once a upon a time, I dream of being a PRINCESS IN REALITY. (: I really don't know how to express more, cause it's been more than a week, I can no longer specify every single detail that had happened, but the fact that I WAS GODDAMN HAPPY and the everybody's happy was so magical enough for me. ENOUGH FOR ME TO KEEP EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED THAT NIGHT IN MY OWN PAGE, A PRIVATE PAGE OF MY BOOK. :)))

ANOTHER PHASE OF MY LIFE HAS AGAIN BEGUN. PLEASE NEVER FAIL NOR HESITATE TO CONTINUE BEING A PART OF MY COLORFUL AND BEAUTIFUL LIFE. :) THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. :D
