TOO MUCH EXPECTATION IS ONE WAY OF HURTING YOURSELF

It’s beleaguering to consistently wait for something you expect. Something that you thought would come or happen, something that you thought would give way for your happiness. Such standards that you impose would keep you waiting for the only thing that you desire. And you will unconsciously notice that what you desired had already passed you by.

That’s why it’s important to have a keen eye, a sensitive feeling to see what you should have seen, hear what you should have heard, feel what you should have felt. But expectations keep on conquering your every dream. Thus, expectations make you foolish for waiting for something that had long gone. Always open your heart for possibilities and never let expectations take over your lead.

But you just can’t. You’re not given the ‘right’ to do so. Your life was manipulated by strangers you don’t know. And what’s scary is you give in to their words of downfall. You act fearless, yet your emotions are trying to eat you up. You act strong, yet your tears are residing in your eyes.

Hey, wake up! You don’t have to live for them. Let them be bothered by your actions and don’t be bothered by their feedback. They are just trying to get into your shoes. They’re just trying to reach the peak where you’re in. They just want to take control. See, they are the ones who are blinded by earthly possessions. See, they are the ones who don’t know who they are. See, they are the ones who are not satisfied with what they get as long as someone is above them. Don’t waste your precious time on those freaks. I tell you: You are more beautiful than you can imagine. You are more confident, more determined. You are what you dream about and what you deserve to be. The gods rejoice in your spirit of positivity… You are unique. And my last word? NEVER LET THEM TAKE OVER YOU. DO WHAT YOU WANT, KEEP YOUR GOALS CLEAR, NEVER STEP ON ANYONE, NEVER SETTLE FOR LESS if you can do more. STRIVE MORE.

*Too much expectation is one way of hurting your self. So don't expect. So that you won't get hurt. ;)
