The road less traveled.
I had my "first taste" slash "first shed of blood" of reality today. First ever exam and interview for a job. Gosh. I wasn't expecting it would be that difficult. I mean, applying for a news reporter? Really. It was tough! Although I really enjoyed it. Arrived at Mandaluyong around 8:30am already, I was with my Mom. Good thing. Well, I almost finished my written exam, around 11:30am. Three hours or so? Damn. It was quite difficult. No, it was really difficult, I must admit. But, I am only referring to the current news part. I had a great time answering the psychological and sacks completion test. Also, the essay part thingy. ;) The interview with Ms. Junko went pretty well, by the way. So I'm not so worried whether the results would be a dismay or whatsoever. It was quite brain draining on my part, (current events part), for I'm more than of a philosophical person rather than that. Anyway, what matters most is that I had my "first shed of blood and sweat" already. It was a great experience!! Had lunch with my Mom, after that one hell of a kind experience. Although I know, it was really worth it. And I am hoping for the best! :D
On top of the cherry for today: I met my girlfriends at Betty's at Sto. Domingo today. Really glad to see them. Had the chance to have a mini stroll at UST, too. :) Cheers!
